Generates personalized travel itineraries using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini).
Searches for cities and locations using Google Maps Platform APIs.
Provides location details, photos, ratings, and reviews from Google Places.
Allows users to save and manage trip plans.
Offers both free and premium features.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features (like saving trips), you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Be responsible for all activities under your account.
Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. User Content & Public Sharing

Important: By using Trip Ai, you understand that:

Public Visibility: Your generated trips may be visible to other users if you choose to share them or if the platform features public itineraries.
License: You grant us a license to display, store, and share your content (trips, notes) as necessary to provide the Service.
Responsibility: You are responsible for any content you create or add to your trips.

5. Premium Features & Subscriptions

Trip Ai offers "Pro" subscriptions processed through Google Play:

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Google Play Account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund current periods.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change, but we will provide notice of any price changes.

6. Disclaimers

AI & Third-Party Data:

Our itineraries are generated by AI (Google Gemini) and may contain inaccuracies.
Location data (hours, addresses, photos) is provided by Google Maps Platform and may not always be up-to-date.
Verify Before You Go: Always verify critical travel details (visa requirements, opening hours, prices) independently. We are not responsible for disrupted travel plans.

"As Is" Service: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [DEVELOPER_NAME] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App.
Harass or harm other users.
Use automated systems (bots) to access the App without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
